Kỷ niệm tuyển giáo viên (2019)

As a teacher, I find no difficulties in the techniques or classroom management, but in dealing with the knowledge and perspective gaps amongst students. 

 

I usually catch myself undergoing stranded waves of thoughts and dilemma when making tests or designing the lesson plans, bearing in mind the teaching philosophy I’ve set for True English Classroom – as the mission is to find an ultimate way to keep the brain of every student ON FIRE in every second of the class.

Above is a piece of recruitment news I posted on Facebook in 2019 to find teachers who are qualified and passionate enough to join my English Center.

Now reading back (in 2021), those words still make my brain on fire. 

Those were the days. Good times.
